Whoever is working the scheduling phone at 3:15 PM on July 16th, 2024 at 200 blue moon xing in Pooler, is avoiding work by hanging up on callers that are on hold. I just got hung up on, twice in a row, after several minutes of waiting on hold for "the next available agent." Please find and fire the person that hangs up on people trying to get help at a cancer clinic.
I called to make an appointment for my husband because he had skin cancer a few years ago and noticed a spot on him and obviously we want to get it checked out. I spoke with someone and they said that they cannot make an appointment for the Pooler office so they would have someone from that office reach out to me.
