I had an appointment scheduled at 9am and arrived at 8:45 to check in. I completed the preregistration paperwork beforehand to "save time" and still sat in the lobby for 30 minutes before inquiring about when I'd be taken back. I watched a woman who checked in after me get taken back before me and then was told there were no rooms available so they couldn't tell me how long it would be. My mom passed away Monday 04/27/2026 at 6:34 in the morning. Dr. Sidney Smith had been what he would call “treating” my moms rare disease for the past 4 years. He saw her last on 4/21/2026 in the hospital. The one time he went. When he gave me his CELL PHONE number and told me to TEXT him every few days and let him know how my mom is doing. My Son is on Accutane and had a follow up appointment to make sure he gets his refill. Tiffany Comb called me to tell me they had to reschedule his appointment to a later date and I told her that was only acceptable if they moved it up and not back, I then asked to speak to the office manager and she hung up on me.
