This place is a joke, the young ladies have nasty attitudes and know nothing about the patients and the doctor is even worse. So uncaring and unprofessional. Go anywhere else but here. The VA community care sent me to this place and I’ll be sure to let them know so other vets won’t waste their time.
They are just running people’s insurance and do not listen to the patients. Their job is not to cure you. It’s to “keep monitoring” you. Crap experience. If I could leave zero stars I would!
This place is a joke. Dr. Dupree doesn't care about the patient. I have some spots on the bottom of my feet. The Dr looked at it and automatically said oh that just something black people get. He didn't explain NOTHING!! My wife was just seen today and same experience. He looked at my wife spot on her leg and just said oh that spot is not cancerous. I recently had a skin cancer removed off the top of my foot. The procedure was uneventful, and the first few days were okay. However, on day four, this thing started oozing yellow crap, and the pain was crazy! Finally, on day six, I called for relief…well, that was a joke! I had to take a picture of my wound…and wait over 12 hours to say they were sending an antibiotic…which I finally got this morning. I’ve given this place so many chances every time it’s the same experience, they want to hit their sales on accutane. I go in for a rash/dermatitis… completely ignores that. Hands me a mirror and tells me “look at your pores they will only get worse.” Mind you I don’t have acne, will I get a pimple every now and then and have pores yeah because I’m human. When I finally got through to Dr smith I didn’t want it he pretty much left the room immediately. Dr jack atleast listed some things I could try. Moral of the story don’t go... read more
