No one answers the phone in any of their offices. It just sends you to voice mail. This is extremely annoying when. You want information on a letter they sent you on services received in their office 1/16/2025.
Like many others have said, the wait time is insane; but my bigger issue is that, I’m having prescription issues. I’ve noticed that for my last 2 visits, the doctor keeps suggesting a compound pharmacy where I have to pay out of pocket but my insurance covers non-compounded prescriptions! When I pass on non-compounded prescriptions, he doesn't put the regular ones that my insurance covers in for me. It’s almost as though he gets money for referring patients to the compound pharmacy. The staff here is amazing!! They make you feel comfortable, almost like I've known them forever lol. I wish all doctors offices were this laid back and welcoming!
