PA Karen Penrose was polite, prompt, and professional. She did a thorough exam before addressing the two suspicious moles I’d made the appointment for. She and her assistant (also very efficient and polite) executed the skin sampling, followed by bandaging and instructing me on aftercare. I highly recommend Karen Penrose.
Everything was as smooth as silk. The receptionist was cordial and friendly and Dr. Penrose was very friendly and professional as was her assistant. She was very thorough and answered questions in easily understandable terms.
