We celebrated my birthday at GSG last night and the food was fabulous. Our lovely server, Landon described the special in great detail which we ordered. The Mahi with Eggplant/Tomato Chutney was deliciously served over a bed of fingerling potatoes. The grilled Sapelo Baby Eggplant and Collards were very tasty. As an app we shared the Washbi encrusted tuna which was some of the best tuna I have ever had. Wow! From the piano music to the entrées and the service this is the place to eat!
We went for the first time last night. Table of four with wife, daughter and her husband. Service, food, atmosphere were awesome. Fine dining at its best. Every entree, every appetizer, wonderful. The Chef rocks. Congratulations on bringing this experience to the Island. Mike Force
