Laurie & Ray are first rate people. The staff are as friendly and nice as you would want. We recently purchased a class A RV that I was told had leveler issues. I must confess that I tried to operate them and wasn't able. So we took it to GRVI&R and Ray took a couple of minutes to show me how to operate the system. Yes, there was nothing wrong. One call, that's all. We sustained roof damage while on vacation with our "Kuntry Kondo" travel trailer. After speaking with my insurance, my choice for repairs was this company. I called and was invited to bring my camper in for evaluation. Ray and his assistant examined the roof and Melissa assured me she would reach out to my insurance and I needed to go home and it would be taken care of. Normally, I don’t do reviews but for this company I made an exception. I hired them to inspect a travel trailer. The inspection part of what I hired them for went well. He showed up on time and called me before he left the dealership and answered all my questions; it was great! But I was supposed to get an inspection report. Here I am now several months, still with no report. I contacted them many times to only receive a report for someone else’s inspection. The team at Georgia RV Inspection and Repair got me in the shop and fixed all in one day, even in the rain these people went out of their way to help, Some shops try to up-sell you as much as they can, but here they ONLY sold me what I needed to get back on the road, and for that reason I will return in the future.
