Laurie & Ray are first rate people. The staff are as friendly and nice as you would want. We recently purchased a class A RV that I was told had leveler issues. I must confess that I tried to operate them and wasn't able. So we took it to GRVI&R and Ray took a couple of minutes to show me how to operate the system. Yes, there was nothing wrong. One call, that's all. We sustained roof damage while on vacation with our "Kuntry Kondo" travel trailer. After speaking with my insurance, my choice for repairs was this company. I called and was invited to bring my camper in for evaluation. Ray and his assistant examined the roof and Melissa assured me she would reach out to my insurance and I needed to go home and it would be taken care of.
