Georgia Roofing and Repair installed a new roof on my house 3.5 years ago, and because of poor work quality the roof is now leaking and has caused significant damage to my house. The owner, Jeff, claims this is normal and is caused by wind, rain and sun? Maybe I don't understand what a roof is supposed to do??? He claims this isn't covered by their 5 year warranty, claiming it was a "repair" and not a new roof, even though they rebuilt the entire roof from the studs up.
