I have been a patient for 5 years and everyone associated with Georgia Retina have always been extremely professional, informative and kind in successfully treating my eye.

I have been going to GA Retina for over a year now. Everyone is amazing there! My doctor, Ross Kennamer-Chapman is outstanding! Speaks to like a person and not a number!!! Wish I could give 10 Stars!!
I wanted to change to WR and they would not allow it. I made an appt for WR and Macon cancelled it and made it for Macon and did not notify me. I had to cancel a couple of appts due to another eye surgery. When I finally tried to make an appt they said I had to get special permission from the Doctor to go there as I was non compliant since I had cancelled a couple of appts.
Great medical team from the people at the front desk to the physician. Only downside of the visit was hearing the other patients complain about the time they had to wait. Folks, this is healthcare, there is only so many hours a day, a limited number of medical personnel and an exploding number of patients. it isn’t that they are trying to make more money, Medicare and other insurers are only going to pay so much. So you can wait another few minutes in the office or you can wait months to be seen by someone else, your call.
