Called this morning to reschedule my son’s appointment. (Was on hold for awhile). The secretary gets back on and says “Why are you rescheduling? Is your baby still in the hospital? Me: of course he’s not still in the hospital. I’m just trying to reschedule his appointment. Her: I mean yeah but like why? I was seeing Dr. Mark J. Rivellese, M.D ( great doctor) for a year, when I lost my insurance. I have been trying for over 4 months to get back on schedule for my injections. But due to the unprofessional office manager, I haven't been able to get back into the Tucker office. I have called every month, but she will not return my call. Due to this, I'm leaving the office 2 stars.

I CALLED to request a referral for further treatment, but the staff refused to provide one. Instead, they told me to 'do my own research!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! which was both unhelpful and dismissive. As a patient, I expected guidance and support in navigating my care, but this experience left me feeling abandoned. Referrals are a critical part of the healthcare process, and such an attitude is highly unprofessional.
