I cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience I had with the rental process with Georgia Rental Group and Jill Leonard and Sandra Watkins. The two are professional, responsive and a absolute pleasure to work with.
Renting a beautiful house in Woodstock from Georgia Rental Group. I moved in at the beginning of this month. So far they have been a pleasure to work with. Jill is very friendly and helps every step of the way. There was a few things that needed fixed, and they had them all repaired that same week! I have been amazed at how attentive and fast they have been for every situation.
GA Rental group, made the process very easy to acquire a new rental home. I was able to easily apply and was very quickly communicated with when necessary.

I've been with Georgia Rental Group for almost 2 years and they have been great to deal with. While I was in the middle of rehabbing my house Sandra came out and gave me some great suggestions of things I needed to do to the house to make it better for renters. My first renters just moved out and was paid up to Jan 31, 2026. Jill and Sandra had someone move in Feb. 9th 2026. From a landlords perspective that is GREAT!. Their communication has been great and they are taking care of my investment.
