Georgia Rental Group is the premier property management company. If you have a home or property you need to rent and want to avoid all the headaches relating to marketing, interviewing prospective tenants, performing credit checks, coordinating repairs, least of all collecting the rent each month, you need to get with Georgia Rental Group and learn what they can do for you! They are tremendous people and can help you handle all the administrative hassles that comes with generating income on your real estate.
Stay away from this group. I am currently pursuing legal action against them. Outside of the above which I can not go into detail as its pending. They are disorganized, try to overcharge, overlook safety issues in the home. They left a hole in our ceiling for 6 months and allowed a tree that fell on our backyard for 5 months (we ended up removing it for safety).
The reviews speak for themselves. They are the worst rental management company in Georgia. And it's the same thing everyone is saying. Unprofessional, ignorant and will take advantage of you every chance they get. You will not get your deposit back regardless of how clean the house is left. They did not renew my lease because they said the owner was selling the house. I recently found out I had a small macular hole in my right eye and a large macular hole in my left eye. Fortunately, I found the most wonderful Retna Specialist Dr. Gregory Lee at Georgia Retna. Dr. Less has been very kind ,thoughtful and certainly knowledgeable of leading me through the process. I am happy to post both eye surgeries were 100% successful! Thank you Dr. Lee the entire office staff and surgery staff for making a stressful time the best it could be!! 100%satisfied!!
