You get told one thing and it never happens, there is horrible communication skills, there are a bunch of people addicted to meth within the apartments, and they only pay $660 a month while I was homeless the week before, I had to pick up 2 jobs and they made my rent $710 plus I had put a service order for my apartment and it didn’t get fixed until 2 weeks later. Had as miserable time first leasing with this group.. as if you can not already tell the management is very defensive if you call to blame them. I had decaying rats in my attic, mold everywhere! Holes all throughout the house & an old fridge that took almost 3 MONTHS for someone to finally get me a new one. Thank god I got out as quickly as I did! Management and the main office very helpful. The maintenance personnel on the other hand do whatever and don’t communicate to the office even when they hit a customers car and have no insurance on the van they are driving. I would recommend this place if it wasn’t for the horrible maintenance the office was helpful but they need to re-evaluate the work order process.
They don't care about people and they're rude. But they'll gladly take your money, reject you and wont return your emails.
