First off, I was calling to handle the fact that the landlord didn't show up for a final walk through. Which was already unprofessional enough. After waiting with the locksmith for almost an hour, I called the office and no sooner than I could begin explaining the situation this woman interrupted me saying "I can't understand a word you're saying, and I'm very busy, thank you!" and hangs up the phone. Thankfully my corporation will no longer be in business with this company.
