Awful customer service
Paying online is a scam! Their system is obviously outdated and they WILL BLAME YOU if a payment doesn't go through went it's clearly their fault. I will continue to report them to the BBB until my issue is resolved!
I feel much better about my situation now that my power bill is under my name now and my power is back on but im goinf to make sure i put down another person as an authorized user on to my account so im not so worried about it also in the near future.
All these 1 star reviews says it all...
Power's been out for over 10 hours now in 90+ degree weather. Every update on their outage site has just said "assessing conditions". It's absolutely ridiculous that you can't let your paying customers know when they can expect to have their service restored. Do I need to stay somewhere else tonight? Will it be fixed in a few hours or a few days? Who knows? I sure don't.
