I went there to get my earlobe repaired the service was excellent. The ladies that work the front desk and in the back were very nice including the doctor’s top notch service. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a great service for an affordable price.
Everyone was so welcoming and supportive throughout the process. You are flooded with all the information you need to make an informed decision and any questions that I had were answered. Dr. Okoro was amazing and had a great and professional bedside manner.
Sadly, to say that today’s appointment was extremely disappointing. I had an appointment with the aesthetician After calling last week to inquire about the cost for BBL/IPL. The person I spoke with gave me a quote of $250 per session or purchase three sessions and get 15% off. I made my appointment for today expecting to have a treatment. Instead, I had a consultation which the cost would be $270 for four treatments +2 peels. Today I was quoted $270 per treatment only if I have four treatments. Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly. I definitely recommend Dr Okoro is the best
Person calling didnt even know services, had to ask someone else. Had no other before or after pictures, nor options on how sizing works. Then after this, wanted 500 for an additional consult to tell me about their product and could not even give a price and what options came in it. She said the exact same information as on the web page, just waisted more of my time to make an appointment on their schedules.
