Chased the office down for months to talk about my concerns over the split lip I ended up with after surgery. When I did finally get a returned call, I was told that if I read what I signed ahead of the procedure, I would know that these things can happen. I also found it offensive that is was made clear that as there were no notes in my file, I could not have called the office or asked 3rd party employees to follow up on the invoicing questions.
