Very money grabby. Instead of doing their job and trying to get a good ultrasound picture, I was told to come in again because it's easier on them.

Unfortunately I had a negative experience at GPC Alpharetta location for my 12 week ultrasound. Unfriendly and inattentive staff- the receptionist was on the phone arguing about personal insurance issue the entire time I was filling out paperwork and waited to be called back. The ultrasound technician was unprofessional. She had a difficult time capturing images of my baby and kept telling me that my baby was being “wild and uncooperative” then she said it was because I had an inverted uterus. Ask for an estimated cost before you ever use this company!!! My doctor sent me to this facility for a 20 week ultrasound. Based on the average cost of an ultrasound, I expected the bill to be around $500. This was the amount that was explained to me on the phone before the appointment as well. After the appointment, I received a $1700 bill from Northside and a $800 bill from Georgia Perinatal Consultants. Highly recommend Dr. Lopez Zeno. A true professional. The staff at the front desk is also very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed her optimistic personality!

Dr. Lopez-Zeno is an amazing human being and was very understanding of our situation and took the time to explain things in detail to us. The staff are friendly and the nurses reached out regularly to check on my wife. The only downside is the billing as it is quite pricy even with a decent insurance. I guess that is the price you pay for quality service.
