Most are polite and professional enough. But it took me several visits before I started getting help with the pain. They seem to have their own opinion for treating it than other doctors I've met. They make sure to take their payment from either you, the insurance or both though. My insurance wasn't approving the injections which I needed and they don't like prescribing anything very effective. Great customer service staff and nurse staff. Dr. Do is wonderful, explained health issue where I could understand looking forward to future apots.
I love Alesia. She works all parts of the office. I’ve seen her check in patients for office visit, check-in patients for in-house surgery procedures, remove IV’s and make your appointment. She just honestly seems to know how to do everything and she is so kind and thoughtful, and I’ve seen her interact with really elderly people with patience ,sympathetic to their needs and just really really listens when people talk. Summit Spine and Joint Center are very lucky to have her. She’s my absolute favorite. .
