Terrible experience. I did not feel heard. Front staff had issues with everything from booking an appointment to handling insurance. Wait time was excessive. I ultimately had to find a new doctor.
Stay away unless you have alot of time to spend waiting and fighting with front office staff. Place is horrible, I book appointment and it takes over 40 minutes to see provider. I ask for administrator name and number so I can talk to someone in management about scheduling and was told they do not have that information.
Had a spinal injection scheduled for 3 weeks in advance, get there the day off and the lady behind the desk tells us they haven't bothered getting approval from the insurance company, didn't bother letting us know, and doesn't understand how their office works. That's all she kept saying "I'm sorry, I don't understand how our office works." Like thats a viable excuse for their incompetence. My wife is in pain and has waited 3 weeks to be told they haven't talked to our insurance for payment and they don't understand how the ... read more
