This office is the best the staff is wonderful and Dr. Ward is the best doctor he listens to your concerns and give the best advice you don't have to wait long to see him or to get your prescriptions I had to go to another pain management doctor and I didn't like it there at all you wait about a hour or more just to be seen and then you have to sit there and wait long for your prescriptions so now I'm going back to Dr. Ward and I am so happy
I love Dr Ward he's very personalable and they typically have great customer/patient service. Unfortunately, I am incredibly disappointed with the time it takes to get a new patient appointment here . Being a medical assistant myself and having worked in many facilities this is the slowest facility I've ever seen in my life . When calling it usually goes to vm and then no one calls back .When someone finally answered they said " your concern is not the only concern there are many patients and we call back in order ". I’ve been taking my sister Sharon to this facility for over a year and I’m so thankful God lead us here. The facility we went to before has us waiting well over six hours to get a prescription; located in the Decatur area. Georgia Pain Associates is about 40-50 minutes away from us but it’s worth the drive because you’re in and out! The doctor is very knowledgeable and attentive, his sweet assistant is concerned and caring, and the entire staff is truly amazing! You feel welcome as soon as you enter the office. GPAis a great place to come to if you have chronic pain. Dr. Ward works hard to make sure you're getting the best care and treatment for whatever ails you. Dr. Ward is an advocate of finding other ways to help alleviate pain, other than just taking pain medicine. I am doing so much better than I was before meeting this team of great people.
