I scheduled an appointment for my children after being told over the phone that this office accepted my insurance. They even set a date and time. Later, I received a call saying they actually do not take my insurance and they canceled the appointment. This was disappointing and inconvenient, especially since I was originally told otherwise. I would recommend verifying insurance carefully before scheduling to avoid this situation.
I just got my braces off today and I can confidently say this is the best orthodontist office ever! As a 25 year old, I was really debating whether or not I should’ve done but everyone made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. They were upfront about all treatment costs/timeline and overall a great experience.
