The older women at the front and back desk are very rude. Didn’t even stay past 3 minutes because no one actually wanted to give me customer service. The curl up their lips and give you a feeling that you’re bothering them.

I really like the Dr., Front desk ladies don't have the best of personalities but not rude. My issue is I have gone up there 2 times to pick up my daughter's glasses and both times they were closed. Once on a Saturday which online said they were open and then once on a Monday which the door sign said they were open. Evidently they are open every other Saturday and every other Monday and the hours change on those days. Call before you go to confirm they are open.

I’ve been going to this eye doctor for years. The service used to be decent but has gotten bad over the years. My last two experiences were terrible. The doctor himself is ok, but the staff is the problem.There were issues with the card machine on a couple of my visits and they had to take down my card number and run it later.
