I had an appointment scheduled for 9:40, my confirmation says 9:40 and when I called to make the appointment I was given a time of 9:40, I show up on time but was told their system says my appointment was at 8:40. They were unable to work me in so they said I would have to reschedule. I was told I was being charged a $25 no show fee before I could reschedule (when all the glitch was in their system) when I refused to pay I was refused to be rescheduled. I will NOT be back here.
