My doctor has been outstanding the staff in the back has been awesome. My only complaint is how rude the front office lady is at the desk. It seems like ever since I got notified that they’re shutting down that overall it just went downhill as well. I called today to ask about a previous prescription and this is the third time now that the front desk lady has spoke to me like a child and caught an attitude. Yo estaba algo nerviosa por asistir como nueva paciente después de leer ciertos comentarios pero le doy gracias a Dios de haber encontrado la clínica que siempre busque la doctora es una hermosura de persona detallista y muy explícita en dar la información de los detalles muy entregada a su profesión y sus asistentes de igual manera son una chuleria y sobre todo que ella habla mi propio idioma amo esta clínica
Incredible office with incredible staff!
My advice is RUN don't walk STRAIGHT INTO THIS OFFICE. I was so worried from such negative reviews but low and behold, a new Doctor took over and this place is nothing like the reviews say. Jaylen at the front desk is absolutely the sweetest! Jessica is basically my homegirl at this point, so personable and down to earth. Brittany is the new midwife and is as precious as can be. Mrs Terri does labs and is as cool as a fan. Dr. Naiter is so thorough, extremely knowledgeable. They make sure to be proactive in every situation! ... read more
I was in the middle of explaining my situation and wanting an appointment and the lady hung up on me immediately. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.
