My husband was referred to Georgia Neuropsychology for testing and the experience was deeply disappointing. Instead of receiving thoughtful care, he left feeling embarrassed and humiliated. From the beginning, he did not feel that his symptoms were taken seriously. During his evaluation he was accused of exaggerating what he was experiencing. The front office staff was incredibly sweet, personable, and helpful. We arrived early for family member’s appointment, and they took her right back. Would definitely recommend for anyone!

Horrible customer service. I called to set up an appointment and the woman who answered was not friendly and made it difficult to make an appointment. I requested them to contact the doctor who referred me for a neuropsychological assessment and they would not do this on my behalf. For those of you wanting to set up a first time appointment, expect no customer service and be prepared to do all the work in connecting the referring doctor to this facility.
