No temporary tag or title and we are getting the run around about it. The dealer jessie or reggie whatever his name is keep saying he has done the paperwork for the title and hasnt. I have reported them to the state board of professional licensing because we cant get tags on the car, which is a 2004 BMW. The service engine soon light is on so the car has to be checked out. So by law he was suppose to issue a temporary before taking the car nope we did not get that. These people i feel are just taking people money.
I agree the same thing I buy a truck with this dealer and I have more than a month trying to see if I can get my title because I now something was wrong when I see that the title never came by mail I when to the tag office and they said that it was on some one else name and now he dont whant to fix the problem and now I am.afraid one day somebody will pick up the truck and I lose my money and truck at the same time please don't waste your money or time because the truck I buy the engine is no good eather
If I could have given no stars I would have , I purchased a vehicle from Rashad who apparently doesn't even know his own name on August 27th . First issue is he never stated we had to come back to the location and pay the tag/taxes , I go down to the dmv to get tag and they say the dealer hasn't submitted anything . I call him he says you have to pay the taxes to me plus a 125 dealer fee . Awesome dealership great customer service, tag came in 2 weeks also have me a free 3 month warranty with purchase. Very professional. I purchased a 2010 Dodge Charger 4 months ago and I haven't had any issues with my car. -thanks yall
This is the worst place to ever do business with the owner is very rude . It's been almost three months my bf has not heard anything about his tittle and tag . We call everyday no answer . I've never seen anything like this they need to be shut down asap and I'm taking all actions to do so.
