I saw Nancy and was unhappy last couple times I went. She filed way to close on a couple nails and I had 2 nasty cuts and infections by them sharing files and implements between clients even the towels are not changed between clients! And the last time she did not completely remove old polish on side of my thumb nail. When I pointed out to her she said I will file it. I said ok she acknowledged. I’ve been here 3 times and they did great. But this time she rushed on my nails and feet. They don’t know how to make people feel welcomed
This place is awful. I have not been back here in over 10 years. I hoped something had changed. They rush, they are not hygienic, and they are rude and talking about you The whole time you sit there. Which would all be fine if they could at least get a nail straight. I definitely won't come back.
I don't remember her name but she sits at the very first desk. She's very quick at doing my nails which is wonderful! She also made me feel very comfortable. I have bad anxiety at times so sometimes it's hard for me to think of what I want when I'm nervous. She helped me figure out what I wanted without getting annoyed with me or giving me funny looks.
