Stephen Molloy is the gold standard of the industry. He is patient and has a keen eye for a home and potential issues that many people would miss. He made buying a home so much easier because you can trust and rely on his guidance.. The tools he brings to the process and also very helpful. I have bought and sold many homes over the years and did not fully realize how poor they were until we used Stephen.. We will use him when we finally move again

Stephen Molloy has been the best real estate agent! He goes above and beyond to help in buying and selling homes. He is very prompt in responding to all calls/texts, and is very informative, thoroughly answering all my questions. He takes care of everything in buying and selling a house and makes it very easy. Because of him, I have had two beautiful homes in Athens that I wouldn’t have had without his help. Thank you, Stephen!
