My daughter sees Loralie and just loves her! She "gets" her as a young adult and is willing to listen and prescribe meds to help. Her blood sugars have never been better! She drives from West Cobb all the way up there because she is so comfortable with the team and that's very important to us. The staff has been helpful and responsive when needed.
I have never had a problem with Dr Berner or any of the staff that they could not fix within reason. Kristin, the nurse assistant, would tell me if the doctor was there to address any medical issue I had or if he was out of the office for however many days/weeks, so I knew exactly how long to wait for an answer before bothering them with another call if need be. I love these guys. I’ve had thyroid issues for years and this is the first time I’ve actually been seen on a regular basis, regular labs. They’re great.
I have been going to GA MTN ENDO since 2017. I have had to get prescriptions resent and felt rushed sometimes but other than that it wasn’t terrible or worse than any other office and I have never had an issue with the customer service from the medical assistants UNTIL TODAY! ABSOLUTELY RUDE! Jazzy, Sassy, uncalled for behavior. I seen someone else already wrote a review a week ago as well! I am switching Dr offices but current patients or future BEWARE!
