I have never had a problem with Dr Berner or any of the staff that they could not fix within reason. Kristin, the nurse assistant, would tell me if the doctor was there to address any medical issue I had or if he was out of the office for however many days/weeks, so I knew exactly how long to wait for an answer before bothering them with another call if need be. I love these guys. I’ve had thyroid issues for years and this is the first time I’ve actually been seen on a regular basis, regular labs. They’re great.
I have been going to GA MTN ENDO since 2017. I have had to get prescriptions resent and felt rushed sometimes but other than that it wasn’t terrible or worse than any other office and I have never had an issue with the customer service from the medical assistants UNTIL TODAY! I’ve been seeing Dr Berner for about 4 years and he is FANTASTIC!! However I have lost complete faith in his medical assistant and office manager. I tried for months to get approved for a medication I needed and was told repeatedly that they had submitted everything needed but heard the complete opposite from my insurance company. The last time I spoke to the medical assistant, she was extremely rude to me and hung up without even saying goodbye.
