After being with Dr. Berner for five years he should shutter his practice. Nice guy with terrible management skills and his staff is unacceptably ignorant of patient care. They screw up scripts, appts, wait times are an hour on average. It's the only Doctor that I have sent to the Medical Board. Dr. Berner your staff is a reflection of you. Your staffs complaining of not able to hire people or even reputable people is your problem. You should be ashamed of yourself and your staff. This office is a clown show. As a Ph.D in Health Sciences and Management I work with Doctors and Patients daily and Dr. Berners office is a testament of what NOT to DO as a practitioner/office. Try to call them...they NEVER answer the phone like it's their job. I have tried to talk with Dr. Berner about his horrible staff and got blown off with all sorts of excuses. Dr. Berner is a good Doctor but not educated in the latest Amino Acida and GLPs nevermind labs and their analysis. You can have better luck with grok stating you blood analysis. Fact is, he among other Doctors are not educated on peptides and the latest health information. Every time I meet him it feels like I'm teaching or informing him. Not acceptable. His staff is not acceptable in returning calls or being available. This office is a a fail.
Dr. Kirby is very caring and listens to her patients and takes her time explaining what is going on and how to help.
I have been seeing Lauralie for several years and she's wonderful. Unfortunately, the office staff needs training. There is absolutely no follow through on test results, messages left, or submission of prescriptions. Phones are rarely answered . It shouldn't take 2 months and a stern message to get a response.
