How on earth this place as a 3.4 if baffling to me.. Why should I have to spend hours to get someone from the office on the phone? Just answer the damn phone please.. it isn’t a hard job.. I am in customer service and I answer multiple calls a day..
I left a message on Tuesday to set up an appointment and would have been a new patient. As of today I have yet to receive a call back. This was practice was referred bu someone in the medical field. I will be looking for someone else.
I love this doctor and his staff! I have had issues after having my thyroiid removed of being overdosed with medication for years, causing so many problems with my health. Dr. Berner is the first to get it right and what is even more impressive is that he concerns himself with every aspect of your health and is proactive in recommending natural remedies, when appropriate to move me towards managing other health issues. This is the doctor we all hope to find.
After being with Dr. Berner for five years he should shutter his practice. Nice guy with terrible management skills and his staff is unacceptably ignorant of patient care. They screw up scripts, appts, wait times are an hour on average. It's the only Doctor that I have sent to the Medical Board. Dr. Berner your staff is a reflection of you. Your staffs complaining of not able to hire people or even reputable people is your problem. You should be ashamed of yourself and your staff.
