Everyone is very nice at this office.
My daughter sees Loralie and just loves her! She "gets" her as a young adult and is willing to listen and prescribe meds to help. Her blood sugars have never been better! She drives from West Cobb all the way up there because she is so comfortable with the team and that's very important to us. The staff has been helpful and responsive when needed.
I have never had a problem with Dr Berner or any of the staff that they could not fix within reason. Kristin, the nurse assistant, would tell me if the doctor was there to address any medical issue I had or if he was out of the office for however many days/weeks, so I knew exactly how long to wait for an answer before bothering them with another call if need be.
