I LOVED the team working together. From the moment I made my appointment to the moment I left the building I never passed one team member that was not friendly, smiling and helpful. I loved the fact that everything I had done was talked out with me in detail and clearly before any procedure was performed. Thank you! I was nervous about transferring to a new dentist and office staff. Now I can return with much ease...

I am a little concerned about the water nozzle that is not removable and that it is sanitized, I saw no one wipe it down after use or before use as I have in my previous dentist office. And the utensils used were already laying out on the tray, normally it is bagged up ready for use. How would one know that they was not used previous on someone else mouth.

Thank you for letting us know about your concerns! All of our water nozzles (and suctions) are removable, although the metal ones look built-in. The metal water nozzles are detached and autoclaved (sterilized) for each patient, and the plastic nozzles and suctions are disposable and also replaced for each patient. We do not rely on wiping down these items because sterilizing is the only thing that will kill all the germs. Very pleasant visit with Amy today for my regular cleaning and check-up. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Dr Dumford came in as soon as the cleaning was complete and did a thorough exam to be sure everything looked fine. I was in and out in less than an hour! Love this team!
