These are horrible apartments. Infested with roaches, and constant plumbing issues. The management and maintenance are very unprofessional. My hall way closet STILL does not have a door knob and it's been 7 months. They "spray" (not really) the bottom apartments one month and the top the next so the roaches are just playing tag from unit to unit. The manager there mouth is very vulgar. She has called me a b word numerous times. DO NOT RENT. THEY HAVE CHANGED THE NAME TO DOUGLAS PLACE .
VERY poor management. With a acquaintances whom ALSO property manage it's understood how much work it takes. But the ppl are simply lazy & incompetents who will stick ANYONE who will pay in their units. They Dodge Work orders & Requests for Superior Input. Poor management! - : )
