A surprisingly pleasant experience, as pleasant as a colonoscopy can be anyway. The staff and the doctors relaxed a somewhat anxious patient (me) and before you know it I was going home.
The reception desk was friendly and accommodating ( I was driven to the appt and left my photo ID at home). The nurses were patient and answered my questions, and kept me informed as to each procedure as it was performed. Dr.Rees-Lui has always been very kind and most competent!
I had a procedure here in Dec 2024. I was made to feel comfortable and the staff was very professional.
On time, friendly and professional team.
The nurse and doctor are very nice, and take care the patients very carefully.I have a very good experience here.
