3 words… Trash can Water, systems always down and they always trying to send you to the North Location, Why? Why have customers pull out documents when you already know “the system is down.” Don’t even think about asking for clarity, especially while the young lady working there is trying to get her latte grande espresso cold coffe cherry chiller w/da whip cream. 🤡 Central

Jared “helped” us today and said they’d have to mail a check for winnings over $50. I won $20 on a scratcher and he said they’d have to mail a check for it. Either he has no idea how to do his job or he lied to discourage me from getting a check since it would take too long to receive my money and I could spend the $20 on more scratchers. This is unethical and a scam. Georgia lottery retailers should not be conducting in shady business practices.
