I had found a way to get past the phone call and used email. I was not getting no help with phone calls. The times I called only once I'd gotten an answer and the woman at like she could not hear me and hung up. I recieved a response from my email asking me do I still need help I said yes; but nothing else happened.
Lots of selecting wonderful hard to find exotic cuisine cooking ingredients & specialties. ...even suitcases for traveling !! Friendly staff. Great asset to local community
When we called to get information on how to proceed with a potential case, the woman who responded was completely unprofessional and exceedingly rude. Our inquiry was not completed due to her terminating the call. While I believe there are likely many kind, professional individuals working for this program, I cannot give a positive review after such a negative and upsetting experience.
