RecommendedWe rented a house from Georgia Legacy management for a year. They let us move in quickly, 2 days after the last Tenant had moved out! Didn’t have any major issues over the course of our time there that didn’t get fixed within a 24:48 hour time frame. We received our deposit back in full and were very happy tenants while we were there. Jill was super sweet and responded quickly to request :)
Pictured below is our supposedly filthy apartment we left behind when we moved to New York. Two months later we have finally received our deposit that was $400 less than the original deposit paid. We lived there for two years so obviously there will be a little wear and tear. We cleaned this place very well before we left but Georgia legacy Management says it was so filthy that they had to spend $1,050 to have the entire thing repainted and paid $100 to have it professionally cleaned.
