Ryan has always been kind and compassionate to my mom and her daughters that bring her or help over the phone. My Mom has two cochlear implants and loved Dr Dunn before retired. What a life change to hear the birds and baby's crying! She was always hard of hearing from child hood measles . Hearing aids only helped a little in both ears and eventually became 100 percent deaf !
My aides were not functioning well so I went to Georgia Hearing. I was a walk in but was seen within 5 minutes. A pleasant exchange with Q and A about issues. About 10 minutes later the aides were functioning great. Very nice experience for me. Unusual in my experience with the medical profession
My 91 yo mother damaged her hearing aid. I called in first to see if I needed an appointment and walk in was explained to me. I walked in signed in, turned over the damaged hearing ai, repair and return is 7 to 10 business days. Was told it looks like still under warranty and may not have any costs to the repair. My experience with Georgia Hearing Instutute was excellent! I was called back to see the doctor exactly at my appointment time. She explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. Every member of the staff was kind and friendly. I also received text reminders before my appointment that were helpful. Overall, I had a very positive experience!
Everyone was SO sweet in helping me navigate Brax from place to place with all the things he was having done. The staff was also very sweet and understanding with Brax while was being impatient and wanting to run everywhere. They brought him toys to play with and loved on him also.
