I had a great experience at Georgia Hearing Institute. I went in to get custom earplugs made for motorcycle riding and concerts, and the visit was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They explained the process clearly and used laser measurements to get precise molds for the earplugs, which are now being made. Excellent experience at ENT Center of Central Georgia / Georgia Hearing Institute. I went in to have my hearing aids adjusted and tuned, and the service was professional, thorough, and unhurried. The staff listened carefully, explained the adjustments clearly, and made sure everything was dialed in properly. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Highly recommend.
