Very prompt attention - very little wait time. The entire staff are so nice - feels like visiting friends ( they are). Dr Starr was excellent / gave me some good tips and attended to my current situation very, very well. Love them all. Ryan at the front desk is a favorite.
I received an email that my hearing aids warranty was running out in a week and for me to consider bringing them in to send to company to do a complete inspection/repair. I was scheduled to go out of town, so I had to go late Friday afternoon. The receptionist was very helpful by giving me the latest appointment. The audiologist was kind enough to check my old hearing aids so I could send my newer ones off. Great staff, great service and quick turnaround - I was in and out in less than 20 minutes!
I needed to get my hearing aids cleaned, and the left one would not work. The lady who takes care of this cleaned my hearing aids and replaced the ear tips, and that was all it took for my left device to start working again. She and everyone else who works in the Macon office were friendly, efficient, helpful, and professional. This has not always been the case for the office staff (not the medical staff) at the Warner Robins location. It was worth driving the extra miles to be treated well.
I have been going here for years for my hearing and hearing aids. This place and these people are a God send. They are willing to help with anything I've asked and they do it with a smile. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to every person I know.
Exceptional care for my father. Very patient, explained things well, prices were affordable. All the staff was super nice!
