Very prompt attention - very little wait time. The entire staff are so nice - feels like visiting friends ( they are). Dr Starr was excellent / gave me some good tips and attended to my current situation very, very well. Love them all. Ryan at the front desk is a favorite.
I received an email that my hearing aids warranty was running out in a week and for me to consider bringing them in to send to company to do a complete inspection/repair. I was scheduled to go out of town, so I had to go late Friday afternoon. The receptionist was very helpful by giving me the latest appointment. The audiologist was kind enough to check my old hearing aids so I could send my newer ones off. Great staff, great service and quick turnaround - I was in and out in less than 20 minutes!
Everyone was SO sweet in helping me navigate Brax from place to place with all the things he was having done. The staff was also very sweet and understanding with Brax while was being impatient and wanting to run everywhere. They brought him toys to play with and loved on him also.
Exceptional care for my father. Very patient, explained things well, prices were affordable. All the staff was super nice!
The services I receive from the ENT Center of Central Georgia was excellent. Dr Alexi Correa and the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about my hearing issues. They explained everything to me in a very clear manner. If you can not hear your little grandkids when they talk or if you can hear people sitting next to you or across the table from you then I would recommend you to give him a try. You will not be disappointed.
