Very prompt attention - very little wait time. The entire staff are so nice - feels like visiting friends ( they are). Dr Starr was excellent / gave me some good tips and attended to my current situation very, very well. Love them all. Ryan at the front desk is a favorite.
We always have a great experience here. The staff members are very pleasant and caring and always respond positively to our needs.
The hearing center has alsays been accommodating and very professional. I have not had a bad experience in the 7 years I have been going to them. I would recomment them to anyone that has hearing loss.
I had a great experience at Georgia Hearing Institute. I went in to get custom earplugs made for motorcycle riding and concerts, and the visit was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They explained the process clearly and used laser measurements to get precise molds for the earplugs, which are now being made. Excellent experience at ENT Center of Central Georgia / Georgia Hearing Institute. I went in to have my hearing aids adjusted and tuned, and the service was professional, thorough, and unhurried. The staff listened carefully, explained the adjustments clearly, and made sure everything was dialed in properly. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Highly recommend.
