I visited The ENT Center of Central Georgia at the Georgia Hearing Institute in Macon for my annual hearing assessment, and everything about the visit was excellent. Dr. Heather Starr, Au.D., was professional, thorough, and very easy to talk to. She explained each step clearly and made the appointment comfortable and stress-free. Excellent experience at ENT Center of Central Georgia / Georgia Hearing Institute. I went in to have my hearing aids adjusted and tuned, and the service was professional, thorough, and unhurried. The staff listened carefully, explained the adjustments clearly, and made sure everything was dialed in properly. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Highly recommend.
I had a great experience at Georgia Hearing Institute. The hearing aid fitting went smoothly, and Derian was knowledgeable, professional, and very patient throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered clearly. Highly recommend.
They have always been great in the past. Iwas told that my repair would take 7-10 days. My recent out of facility repair was returned in 7 days. Excellent *
Very prompt attention - very little wait time. The entire staff are so nice - feels like visiting friends ( they are). Dr Starr was excellent / gave me some good tips and attended to my current situation very, very well. Love them all. Ryan at the front desk is a favorite.
