Knowledgeable and friendly staff, listened to all issues and provided solutions.
Karen Penrose was professional. She was personable & kind. First time seeing her and I would definitely recommend her to family and friends. She cut off a spot and I didn't feel the injection, very light handed doing the procedure. Not having to travel far to her office is a big plus also.
