So I'm not sure if anyone else experienced scamming behavior from Georgia power when you disconnect service and service completely paid out. Then you move they start service then if your service disconnect they bring up a balance you know was paid out and you have paid it 3x times and then you move again they pull the same action. Then when you tell them to look at the transaction history and account and call conversations they come up with every excuse but why you keep paying on a paid out account. Frequent power cuts with no reasons.
It's a disgrace how this company is price gouging my community. I have cobb emc and I feel so mad for my cherokee neighbors with GA power. Their bills are double if not triple what mine are. There should be a class action law suit!
You would think that with the amount of money that Georgia power is making now they would have enough to properly train their customer service agents both in Spanish and in English. These rehearsed lines are outrageous
