Horrible just Horrible communication, no consideration for their customers during the installation, ran out of materials during the install, said they would come back to finish within the week, I called the next day to see what time and day that they would be coming back when they shouldve been the one to notify me, they was mot even aware of the fact that my floors was not finished, also was a Safty hazard do to the fact my home is a daycare as well and they absolutely was aware of that. Georgia Floors Direct has a huge selection of vinyl plank flooring. The atmosphere at the store makes shopping for flooring stress free. Our primary contact was Evan. He was personable, knowledgeable and got answers to all my questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend Georgia Floors Direct.

Another great experience with this local company! On Wednesday I dropped in for a remnant piece of carpet for a room redo. The salesman that helped me was so patient, walking the entire room with me to be sure I found the right size within my budget. The price was half of what I’d of paid for a rug from Costco and they delivered and installed it the very next morning. In a time when customer service is disappearing, it’s so awesome to walk into a place where the people are so friendly and helpful... the prices are incredible... read more
