I enjoyed my 1st visit and received great insights on my health from Cierra Walters. The entire staff is awesome there! One issue I suffer is hypertension and I’d loss my insurance so it been a while and I am pleased with my blood pressure results. But God! And, I’ve changed how I eat and exercise more!! Make sure you all check them out! I approve this location. And I’m a stickler when it comes to customer service! They won me at the door! Blessings 🙏🏽🙌🏽💙
Unprofessional and poor communication
Wasted over an hour of my time waiting for test results just for the doctor to never come. Wouldn’t give me them through the patient portal like any other doctor, and told me it’d still be another 20 minutes. There was only 1 guy in front of me the entire time
I have been A patient at Dr Kini’s office since 2010. I can honestly say that this is one of the best doctors in the city of Conyers and Covington hands down. The staff is always so polite and so nice. I never have a problem getting an appointment either immediately or the next day. Dr Kini‘s office had always had Very, very good staff even the nurse practitioners is awesome. I hope doctors like this never retire.
Horrible 1st experience. I wanted to give them a chance to become my new pcp. What a mistake. I suffer from anxiety, and they would not fill my prescription. The doctor didn't even come in to speak with me to explain why. I'll never come back here. You have people abusing medicines and patients who really need it are made to suffer. Unbelievable!!!!
