The upper management team is unprofessional, rude, no accountability, they do not educate parents on how renewals work and the gap in time frame. They would never give me upper management’s name, phone number, email, or any contact information. Hands down one of the most traumatizing employers I’ve had in quite some time. I felt so stressed while working there and NOTHING absolutely NOTHING goes as planned. I interviewed to work at an after school center of theirs that never opened. That should have been my sign to leave but I stayed. But my biggest issue was being paid. I had to chase down people in order to get properly compensated on more than one occasion. GFIT is a great company! They taught me a lot as a newly licensed therapist, and it was done with patience:). They have a smooth running system, and they pay on time, every time. Most importantly, they care about the clients, and the supervisors are good people and very involved.
