The staff was wonderful, the facility is great, the wait time was great. Dr. Goldstein explained things very well, diagnosed my problem, gave me a prescription for medication and directions on home care. This was a very great relief to me. The service was terrific. The front desk staff were abrupt, unfriendly and dismissive. This was my first time at this practice and I was taken aback by the lack of welcome and friendliness of the front desk staff--no smile, no I'm how are you, nothing especially for a 7:45 am appointment.
