The Hinesville location is lacking in areas of customer service and knowledge. I took my daughter for her eye appt. and decided to order her glasses online. However I needed her PD to complete the online order so I called and the lady that answered the phone told me to bring her in they would just measure it for me. So I looked online and it says the office opens at 8, I get there at 8 office is closed. Come back a few minutes later and see cars in parking lot so I assume they are open. Brought my wife in this afternoon for a 1:30 appointment. We arrived at 1:00. Just incase of filling out paperwork. Took her over 20 minutes at the desk just to check in. As I’m typing this text she was finally getting seen. Problem is we have been here over two hours now. Don’t know who to blame but I think it’s fair to say the office staff must over book there appointments. Personally I want be a patient here ever , my wife choice not mine
Mandy Colston is extremely rude and unprofessional. All the doctors at this office are very kind and pleasant but their staff need to be retrained on customer service!
Rude. No communication. Stuck with bs service..... go elsewhere if you can.
