On May 5th 2025 Dr Richmond with the Pooler office and his staff performed cataracts surgery on my left eye a month before he and staff did the same on my right eye. Dr. Richmond and his staff with the staff at Effingham Hospital did a great job and was great from the office people to the hospital staff and everyone between was fantastic and I cannot thank them enough from my heart Thank y'all so very much . I recommend them very strongly . Thank y'all again great job everyone
Poor scheduling of appointment times, not once but every time I went. Waiting 2 hours, I will be looking for a new eye doctor.
I was having an optical emergency and needed a referral from my insurance to make an appointment. Leslie went out of her way trying to find my referral. She was so kind and helpful and calmed me down in my state of panic. Thank you Leslie for your excellent customer service!
