Been going here for years and these guys are top notch. There are a number of other providers much closer to where I live, but I keep coming back here. My perscription hasn't changed much at all for over 7 years, but Dr. Miranda is always very thorough and checks everything. I like to ask questions, and he is always willing and eager to explain the "why and how" behind the science of our eyes and the tests he performs. I am very upset with the lack of communication from Dr Miranda and his staff. I went in for my eye appointment over three weeks ago (1/6/20) and have not heard from them regarding my glasses once. I’ve had to call and try to figure out what’s going on. I was told my glasses would be done in two weeks (1/20/20).. two weeks come and go and I hadn’t heard from them.. I called (1/22/20) and apparently there was a problem with the cutting of my lenses. They told me that they would be in by that Friday (12/24/20).. never heard fro... read more
