DO NOT USE ROTECH or SLEEP CENTRAL Regular mistakes in shipping and billing mistakes. When Rotech/Sleep Central makes errors, the customer is expected to catch their mistake, address the errors, and the customer pays the price! They have some very nice people, however, others are rude, impatient, and curt. Probably because they work for company with poor customer service policies and have to regularly deal with unhappy customers. Also note they overcharge on CPAP devices and supplies. I would give zero stars if allowed. Long story. Needed oxygen supplies delivered for a family member in June '25. Supplies were delivered 3 days late even after calling for confirmation that supplies would be delivered...still late. Oxygen supplies were to be picked up on June 19th. They were not picked up. This is were it gets bad. We made calls after calls and were always told, "they would get picked up tomorrow" and guess what... supplies were never picked up. As a retired healthcare provider, I recommend that you avoid Roth completely. After a referral to Roth, they were very difficult to reach, so I went to a physical location. They took all of my insurance and credit card information and promised to be in touch. After a month, I called Roth today and learned that they had sent my information to yet another company without telling me, further delaying my necessary supplies. Roth’s interest in the patient is entirely lacking.
I was helped by Erin D. and I was so impressed how Erin took care of my problem in such a timely manner. Erin was very polite and efficient. Thank you for having Erin there to help older people like me thru our questions and problems! Peter Gutierrez
