I've been going here for about 2 1/2 years now and originally made an appointment with Dr. Pennington but I've only seen him in passing. I was seeing a young female doctor that I really liked but don't remember her name as she left the practice. I have been seeing Dr. Doyle whom I adore and I just learned she retired. I have been going here for 5 years now and love the care I get
Getting referrals is a nightmare. I have to call 3&4 times just to get someone to call back. You can get scheduled same day, but then end up waiting for over an hour. What's the point of the appointment then?! Those are my main concerns. Last thing, I have only seen Dr. Doyle once. I always get her nurse practitioner and I always feel rushed.
Dr. Doyle is great for patients who take responsibility for their own health. She has always worked with me in developing treatment regimens that prove effective and incorporate natural remedies that I find helpful. Unlike other doctors, she doesn't just write a slew of prescriptions. Having been under her care for over ten years, my overall health has improved steadily, even though I have diabetes and am seventy-nine years old. She definitely promotes wellness!
Dr Doyle is a great doctor. But her scheduler is the worst. I been trying to get in touch with her for a week & she want call me back. I need a new lung won't be able to get one because I can't get my referral. So thank you Sammatha
Spouse had labs done. While at appt Dr placed her on Antibiotic because she thought she had a UTI there was not the first symptom of a UTI she had an upper respiratory illness also a few days later she developed symptoms of congestive heart failure with +3 edema to the lower extremities I requested the lab results to take her to a heart doctor or hospital to be seen I was told she could not have the results because the doctor had not looked at her labs yet have they never heard of patient rights
