I was just turned away from the Cumming office because I did not arrive 15 minutes early to fill out new patient paperwork for my 4 year old’s appointment. I had driven all the way from Canton and mistakenly went to the wrong building (having never visited the office before), and awakened my sleeping toddler to make it as close to on time as possible, just to be told that I was not able to be seen. Dr. Alex Gross is an amazing dermatologist and highly regarded in his field. He has a wonderful practice and I recommend him without hesitation.
