I gave them all of the extensive information that they asked for AND! The correct address for my employer and what do they do? They get the OLD ADDRESS off of the web and send my request to that address EVEN THOUGH I gave them the CORRECT ADDRESS from THE BEGINNING. If it's government, it's bound to be screwed up. I'm still waiting after 3 weeks for them to get their act together. And then when I called them they act like it's MY FAULT that they are INCOMPETENT. Well spent tax dollars here! What a bunch of CLOWNS!
