Great staff and clean facility.
They only help certain people.
I have NEVER been spoken to so rudely in my life and I have also never left a bad review. I was so nice and needed to know why I’ve been mailed an unemployment card when I live in the state of South Carolina. I have been trying to get ahold of someone for the past THREE YEARS. I am so exhausted with having to call and write letters and could really use help. I’m at the point where I will be showing up in person to try and get the help I need.
Boyfriend has been here three times and they have no idea what they are doing in this office!
The D.O.L. in Augusta GA is very resourceful. With there wonderful clientele, computers, phone, programs to help you get a job and not to mention printer.
