I was on hold for 20 minutes. Then the call rang one time and hung up. Terrible customer service.
It's in Augusta proper in an older building. The outside and inside is very beautiful. The staff are very helpful and kind. Very Professional
I've been out of work since the end of July after testing positive for Covid and begging for a call,text,email or anything regarding my claim.I've since then had 2 positive test and I was informed that the virus can last 12 weeks and it's not a vacation at all. I've also been homeless since July 1st up to current. I know there were false claims from people but I'm not one of those people. Where's the help when you need it, I've on hold for 50 minutes, all I had was simple question to ask, ridiculous, I believe it's time for some robotics all around...
