Hutch did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with my gas furnace. I highly recommend Hutch and Georgia Cooling.
Dave said the heat straps were not attached due to a wire not being connected, and that was the reason my heat pump was working extra hard.$ 119 dollars was all I paid.
