The worst HOA! I have tried to complain community street parking that block my drive way, which violation is on HOA policy, the senior manager told me they can do nothing and who blocks part of my drive way everyday is HOA secretary. Tried to communicate to the secretary, she said they will keep parking like that. Tried complain few times to HOA managers and they do not response at all now. I wish I can give them zero star. Okay I am bad luck with this HOA, but GCM is the worst HOA! BTY, the community is Belfaire Lake!
Having previously been on the HOA board in other communities, I can honestly say that GCM is the most responsive company to homeowners. ACC requests are turned around very quickly (sometimes in 24 hours or less). Lisa from GCM has been amazing helping me deal with several issues. A top-notch company. I would highly recommend.
RC Shanks is our HOA community property manager that we have to work with. Needless to say, his associate stole money from our communities HOA due to him having some bankruptcy issues of his own. RC hiked up our HOA payment mid-year to make up for his associates indiscretions. HOA payment was over double, and he cut off all mtc to our community properties which the HOA was supposed to cover. They are our current Management Company and we cant wait until the contract is over. Do not do business with them. They literally have their own employees rating themselves. Look elsewhere.
