Great experience!! The staff was friendly and helpful and the office was very clean and welcoming. Dr. Al Fayyadh is one of the best colon surgeons in the State and I always feel comfortable sharing my issues with him.
Awful experience. Receptionist is rude and has an attitude you do not want to experience. When asked how much longer I should wait, she said: They will come and get you when they are ready! Duhh!! I waited for over an hour and finally left without ever seeing Dr. Mayer. No communication, just a rude, condesending attitude. Disrespectful beyond belief. Look up Dr Rosenberg on Towne Lake instead. He is the best.
